Plastic Mold (Moulds) production process 

1. 3d Design/Samples for quotation According to 3D drawing or samples for quotation.

2 .  Negotiations Including the price of moulds, moulds sizes, material for cores & cavities, weight of product,  part cost, payment, moulds lifetime, delivery, etc.

3.  Purchasing Order After the customer confirming the mould design and quotation.

4.  Making mold(moulds) Confirm drawing, start to do DFM,mold flows and mold detail agreed with the customer, start production.

5.  Production schedule Every week we will feedback to the customer a mold progress (picture).

6. sample shoot We provide the moulds test samples for confirmation (about 10-15 piece), then, get your signature sample, mass production.

7. Package Wooden case for moulds, cartons for parts ,or as your requiretment.

8. Delivery deliver goods by air or by sea.

Q: How to get a mold quotation?

A: Option 1: You can send pictures with outer size. The pictures with many views is better.

 Option 2: You can send 2D drawing or 3D drawing. We can open any format of the 3D file.

 Option 3: You can offer us sample.

Q: Why mold price differs so much?

A: Mold price varies in steel, machining, spare parts, hot runner brand,mold size and etc. So when you ask for mold price, you should clarify your mold quality standard. The easiest way is to show us your existed mold picture.

Q: What about the delivery time?

A: We can guarantee T1(first trial sample) time. After that, we send trial sample to customer for checking. If no modification required, we need one week to make mold ready for shipping. If there is modification, we have professional engineering team and marketing team to follow and deal with until the mold is ready for shipping.

Q: How about the packing and shipping?

A: Mould surface will be painted. Use anti-rust oil inside the mold, plastic film outside, and use standard export wooden case for seaworthy shipping
